Diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic, I created catalinecrunch™ as I saw a real gap in the market for delicious options that met my needs. Our recipes are uniquely crafted so consumers can enjoy amazing cereals and snacks that are lower in sugar, with positive nutrition like protein and fiber.

In my NYC apartment kitchen, I started baking low-carb cereal just for myself—tinkering, testing, and perfecting every batch.

The Dark Chocolate Debut
My first creation was catalinecrunch Dark Chocolate Cereal, which officially launched on catalinecrunch.

Cinnamon Toast Goes Big
catalinecrunch Cinnamon Toast became a fan favorite—and landed at Costco.

Flavor Explosion
Following the initial launch, we expanded to eight cereal flavors, four cookie flavors, and four flavors of our snack mix.

Bigger, Bolder, Crunchier
We needed more room to keep up. So, we expanded operations to a larger facility in Lebanon, IN-right in the heart of it all!

Dark Chocolate Cookie Bars Launch
Taking indulgence to the next level, we introduced our Chocolate Cookie Bars in three delicious flavors: Raspberry, Mint and Peanut Butter, with Sea Salt Caramel following in 2024.
